Mall Of Arabia

Launched in December 2010, the majestic Mall of Arabia was established over a vast area of 110,000 square meters of gross leasable area, since its launch it has been home for some of the top brands both, local and international.
Our success story was further validated when it was announced that Mall of Arabia had reached new records in revenue per square meter; this gave us the inspiration to push on with our vision of offering our customers an unparalleled shopping experience in the Egyptian market, by beginning construction on our latest masterpiece “The Expansion”.
Mall of Arabia’s main anchors are Spinney’s, Cinema-plex, and Billy Beez; whereas the mini anchors are Zara, Centrepoint and Red Tag.

IKEA Opens a Small Format Store

Swedish furniture brand IKEA today celebrated the opening of a small format store in Mall of Arabia phase II extension. IKEA aims to increase its reach and interact with the many Egyptians on that side of the city

On a space of 1,200 sqm, the store displays several solutions designed to provide an easy and convenient shopping experience to customers. It promises a wide range of home furnisher, a studio planning area and an IKEA Cafe for a pleasant customer journey.
